Still waiting for delivery of what i ordered. Recieved confirmation it would be delivered today, in Nova Scotia 1,470km from my house and delivery address on my order.

Adjustable bed worked for the first week then in week 2 the massage motor inexplicably turned on and will now not shut off. Had to track down the tech number, as it was not listed on your web site, to put in a request for some to send me a part via regular mail vs. Purolator.

Thd shipment was later and arrived 2 different times and dates.. also they was a bit of damage inside the headboard.

Received wrong package. Upon addressing it with customer service there was a delay in receiving the package I ordered. Was left with the wrong items to dispose on my own.

Buying it was a pain. The autocomplete on the website wouldn't function properly, and after that, there was a bug, that made me reload the page countless times. I think you also don't accept AMEX? I can't remember correctly this but I think so and it made the buying and checking out process unnecessarily hard to do. You should run some tests on your website / online sop. I really wanted the products and I appreciate the brand, so I insisted. But otherwise, I would have just given up. (I am in the US)

I paid for the Move In bundle of terry towels on Nov 17. I received some of my order in two separate shipments but I am still missing 6 items from that order.

My bed never came with the slats. I called customer service and they looked into it and provided me a new tracking number. The new tracking number has not been updated. I am still without bed slats after receiving my bed a week ago.
