1. The packages were lost in a FedEx warehouse for over a week. No help from FedEx on this even after a ticket was created. I understand this is not in your control, but the question was on my experience. 2. The beautiful white mattress top has brown stains going from the centre to the top. It does make me wonder where the brown stains came from and how they got there. 3. Disappointed the sheet set did not come with a top sheet. It did state in the package that only pillowcases and bottom sheet were included. I do not recall seeing this on the website when I ordered.

Ease of ordering and speed of shipping was fantastic however the robe does not feel or fit as expected. It looks beautiful but the oversized arms and a feel did not meet expectations.

My order of three items were shipped with separate carriers and then within one week of my package being delivered to the pick up location it was sent back. Very unimpressed with shipping and how one order is split to send with different carriers making it anything but a smooth process.

The shipping was opaque and not that useful. I even called to find out when the was going to arrive. And delivery of large, heavy items to apartment buildings should really be to the door. For additional context, we also order an item from Structube; this was fast, transparent, and to the door.

The sheets started pulling and are horrible to sleep on. I’m very disappointed in the quality.
