The delivery people you use in Toronto never show up. When we got the bed frame they didn't show up 3 times and now with the mattress they didn't show up again

I ordered on November 21st 2025 and received a tracking number and then a shipment on the 29th. It was incomplete but there were no indications that it was incomplete .I received another shipment on December 5th still incomplete. I have no way of knowing of I’ll receive what is missing. My research on your site indicates that my order has been delivered since the first shipment.

My package was delivered to the wrong address! Not only that I didn’t get an email notification telling me that my package was delivered, so I didn’t even know it was at the wrong address until I decided to track the package, three or four days after it was delivered. Luckily, the package was delivered to a house close by and I was able to track it down on my own. I attempted to contact Silk&Snow numerous times through the chat option and I was even told by a chat bot that they created an inquiry and will have staff contact me, which never happened,

Excellent service However for $300 delivery the bed should be brought to your room.

I contacted Silk and Snow about a week prior to Black Friday. I inquired as to whether or not their comfortures and sheets would have a larger discount on Black Friday ~ they assured me they would remain the same price! Well, guess what ~ that was not the case and I paid much more for my items then I would have if i waited. I was basically lied to and I thought I would be a lifetime customer. Since I lost money and was lied to, I will no longer be purchasing anything from Silk and Snow.

I still haven't received the pillows I ordered on Nov 20, the tracking I received showed a Nov 25 estimated delivery date. I have reached out by email but haven't gotten a response. Its Dec 5 and the tracking just shows my order being sent back and forth to the facility.

Towels are very nicely absorbent but don’t feel as softy as I expected. Duvet and Percale sheets are also way crisper than I expected - I was surprised how stiff it is. And it isn’t as cooling as I expected, still feeling very warm and sweating.
