Don’t love the quality of the duvet cover and shams. Washed delicate and cold water.

My order came without the right head board color and its missing the piece that attaches said headboard to the bedbrame , I believe it's called headboard b. I filled the missing pieces form but have yet heard back from y'all in a week. in the meantime I have to use a construction jack to hold my bed til the right parts come in. if they come in at all.

Still haven’t received part of my order after two weeks and receiving the other part of my order over a week ago. And no update on when it’ll be shipped or received. Online it says my order is delivered but only the one part and it won’t give me anything about my other part of my order

Good product, bad service for shipping and delays

I emailed you an hour after I ordered to cancel and got no response. There doesn't seem to be a mechanism to support that. I didn't mind that that much. But now you're incessantly pinging me for feedback.

I have opened a case but all my items were delivered to the wrong house, while my sister was home waiting for the delivery. My neighbour had to come find me to let me know and I had to carry the very heavy boxes over to my place in a car. One package was also missing, thus the open investigation, just to be delivered again to the same wrong house a few days later with a battered box. All this while, the notifications from the delivery company were inaccurate and I was unable to reach them whether it’s customer service or their survey that doesn’t work. This was the adjustable frame and incredibly heavy too. My sister and I had to leave it outside our townhouse, completely exposed to the elements because we would definitely hurt ourselves carrying it. I am waiting for a refund now. I have the bed frame built, and the middle support beam keeps falling out. It also creaks a lot when I'm turning even though I am an average sized woman.

Product was delayed, came with missing parts, and when those missing parts arrived they came in significantly warped and defected. Had to request for a replacement parts

I ordered a pillowcase as a Christmas present and was told some time later that you did not have enough stock and it wouldn’t arrive until well into January

It has been 14 days since I’ve ordered and it still has not left the wearhouse.I am not impressed it is as if my order was forgotten. Will not be ordering from silk and snow again
