After shipping label was created, item was not shipped. There was no movement until I reached out. It took the CS team many days to respond. The item finally 'moved' after that. I expressed my disappointment as the item was intended as a gift and did not respond in time. The CS team again took days to respond.

The order I placed on November 22/2025 was partially delivered on November 28/2025. I am still waiting for the remainder of the order. I am concerned that I will not be receiving it, as it has now been a month of waiting. Missing an Egyptian cotton queen sheet set and a Muslin Queen Duvet cover, so feeling a little unhappy.

I ordered three pillowcases of the same colour for Christmas- one pillowcase and two sleep masks arrived. I called customer service and was prompted to reorder the two missing pillowcases . At that time, the stock on your website said they were in stock. I received an email saying they were on back order and will arrive in January sometime. Unfortunate as these were planned to be given as Christmas presents.

I messaged the company before my items even arrived to let them know I would like to chancel the order. Because the shipping label had already been created, they informed me I would have to wait for the items to arrive before receiving a return label. I’ve messaged back and forth 4-5 times and still have yet to receive a return label. It’s been over a week.
