My mattress arrived in the middle of a work day with zero notice. I couldn’t make arrangements to be home, or let property management in my building aware. I had to leave my office and I didn’t have a moving elevator ready to move the bed to my floor.

My order wasn’t filled correctly. I wasn’t given notice that part of the order would not be delivered, and then when I requested it to be replaced, they told me it was backordered. But you do in fact, have those items in stock on your website. So I found that to be a bit deceiving. I expected my full order to be received. And if in fact, something was backordered, to be given the opportunity to decline purchasing something that would not be fulfilled in full that I fully paid for.

This is the second pillow I have purchased. This latest one does not seem to have the same quantity of microfibre material. I am folding the pillow to get enough support. Have the been a change in product over the last year?

Bed was missing parts and had the wrong bracket on the bed rails. When they eventually got around to sending out the correct and missing parts they shipped them to my billing address instead of the location of the original sale. The replacement parts are now situated 3,000 kms away from the bed.

Only drawback was delivery method. The delivery driver did NOT ring door bell but just put everything in doorstep. My daughter had been waiting to open door so at least it could be placed inside house. The boxes were/are extremely heavy. We have still been unable to move them ourselves inside the house.

None of my furniture items were shipped on time and without my prompting customer service to contact operations. None of the items were on backorder, and 1 item still has yet to be shipped and it has been over 2 weeks since the order was put in. There seems to be a disconnect between online order placement and operations. I also received no explanation as to why the shipments have been delayed as customer service confirmed none of the items are on backorder.

The bed frame I ordered was supposed to ship in 2-4 days. After 6 days I called to see what the issue was and was told that it was back ordered until the end of November.

I love the duvet cover, but it was dirty on one side. Also, I purchased a matching sham set because the website didn’t specify that the duvet cover came with sham, instead it said it was just one piece. I didn’t want to have to pay for shipping if the duvet didn’t include the shams, so now will need to send them back.
