UPS is the problem.The bed had three pieces, I received one on Feb 7th, 2nd piece today, Feb 10th and the third is still missing.

My bed arrived damaged. Had to call multiple times for replacement part to be sent, it has been over two weeks and still has not arrived. Have been unable to build my new bed completely since it arrived a month ago

The quality and comfort of the bed is not as expected. After a month of sleeping on it, it feels as if there are already indentations where we sleep. We are considering returning it.Also, while the delivery was very quick, I had reached out to the delivery company to determine a delivery date as the date they had provided was in the past. I was never able to be provided with a date and returned home one day to the mattress in my driveway…not on my front porch but in the driveway. It was storming and the box was getting wet.

I bought two standard size ajustable pillows because the size indicated was 27x20, but the label inside said the actual size was 26x17.7, which is much smaller than marketed on the website. I called customer service three times to ask if the replacement pillows would be the size marketed or if they would also be the size as labeled inside and no one could answer me. They all said they would get back to le but didn't. In the end, because I could not be sure I would get the sized advertised I asked to return the pillows and be fully reimboursed. The pillows were received February 3rd at your facility, and yet February 9th there has been no follow up to tell me if the refund has been processed or not. Although everyone I talked to was nice and polite, nobody could answer my question and there was never any follow up without me having to call or write back. As of now I am still unsure if my return has even been processed and have to follow up myself.

One of the pieces I got for my bedframe was not the right size. I have no bedframe at the moment since I disasembled my old one. I sleep on the couch.. I was told I must wait for my request to be processed to have an update on this...

I have a set of the Egyptian cotton sheets from a few years ago and the quality feels different. These are quite scratchy. I had convinced my brother to buy a set and I bought a back up set, but we are both not so happy with the feel.
