I did not receive my full order and after 2 weeks after I enquired about it, it was claimed it was fully shipped. Thankfully your customer support identified the issue and the missing item is claimed to ship soon. I also received an item that is marred on finish and while I have started a warranty return claim, I have had no response to follow up. I am hopeful, given time, that both issues are resolved, but was dissatisfied with the level of information and shipping status that allowed a piece ordered to be ignored without any follow-up until asked.

I was not aware that the bed frame I bought the headboard was not physically attached. It would have been great if that info was more upfront. The cover doesn’t fit 💯

We were so excited to get our bedframe. Putting it together was smooth and everything but the two stability pieces in the middle are less than adequate. They move around constantly if she adjust in bed. I’m so disappointed because I had been waiting months and months to order this bed and I just thought it would’ve been better quality. We’re highly considering returning it

Delivery company left shipment (large box) in middle of shared driveway instead of on covered front porch away from foot traffic. If neighbours needed to get in or out of driveway they wouldn't have been able to as I was not home.
