I have been waiting for the bed for my Autistic Son as h s broke.. I ordered Nov 28 but checked before I ordered that Xmas wouldn’t delay delivery! I have multiple discussions with Daniella, Abby who keep telling me it’s on its way. They are the nicest to deal with… yesterday NINA was as terrible and ride and kept cutting me off not letting me speak ! She threatened me that she would cancel the order!!!!! Unbelievable treatment! Abby asssured me Monday I would get a text and delivery would be tomorrow!! Of course no tracking infor to see anything! It never came waiting all day. CustomersShould be treated with respect and this NINA should be fired! Her lack of empathy and compassion, integrity is horrible and I will be writing a full experience after Xmas. Because my order hasn’t come the offered me a gift of some kind.

Hello, everything was good until my package arrived and I was missing the shams I ordered with my duvet cover. I wrote in right away the day I received the order on Dec 6th and provided my order number. I heard back on Dec 10th asking me to show the duvet cover packaging and packing slip. Only issue was there wasn’t a packing slip in the box I received. I sent pictures of the cover the original packaging and the box stating there was no packing slip. I responded to this request the same day I heard back on Dec 10th. It is now December 16th and I have heard nothing; no one has got back to me and I am still missing my shams.
