I received a damaged duvet cover. I should have just returned it but thought maybe I could exchange it for less hassle. Well after days of waiting to hear back they said it would be exchanged but that my warranty would be used up and I would not be able to use it on the new cover. But this is not my damage and what’s to guarantee the next one doesn’t arrive damaged? Completely unacceptable. I’m not debating if I return because I feel I dont trust that I will get a product that I cant have a warranty on.

The bed frames were shown as in stock but after I purchased them, I was told they were not. It then took a very long time to get them delivered and I had to reach out multiple times to get updates.

I was bought a gift from there (silk pillowcase) and it came with a gift receipt. The pillowcase was a king size and I needed a standard but I was unable to exchange it with the gift receipt. So the person that bought it had to return it and in the meantime I ordered the one I wanted. The product itself is lovely but the whole exchange policy is completely useless.

I ordered a blanket and got it the wrong color. I then con contacted customer service that shipped it to me again. I received the second order and the colour of the blanket was wrong.

Horribly delivery experience, Silk and snow threw me under the bus when I paid them, never followed up. Let me cope with the rude delivery company and canceled the timing of the shipment twice. Additionally, their product is heavy and not worth the price

The person who helped me really didn’t know much about the store. Maybe it was there first day but they really didn’t know much. I was looking it up on the website faster then him.

I still haven’t received my bed. Only the night stand which was dropped off at front door, no ringing of bell. It is a 2 person lift. Not great service.
