I purchased the "Cushion Headboard + Platform Bed" and I was surprised when it came that there is actually no "headboard"...it is just a cushion. There is nothing solid connecting it to the bed. I take some responsibility for not figuring this out before purchasing, but honestly, even looking back at the website now, there is nothing that makes it clear that it is just a cushion you're paying $100 for. And calling it a "headboard" is misleading. Then...customer service made it considerably worse with delayed responses and suggesting the only way for me to get a wooden headboard would be to return the entire bed and buy a new bed with the different (real) headboard. I.e., there is no way to buy the headboard separately. That can't actually be the only solution here. It is horrible for the environment and more expensive for both the company and me to deal with that much shipping and handling. So now I have a nice bed with basically a big pillow wedged behind it, no headboard and no viable solution from your company. Not a good business model.

I ordered over two weeks ago. I’ve received no shipping info, and I’ve had to call twice to find out what is going on. Last I heard (Friday), is that the courier was missing a part of the order. Nothing since.

I ordered a bed frame two weeks ago. It has not been delivered to me and there is no information when I click on “Track my package”. I called High Energy Transport about 10 days ago. They told me it would arrive by last Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. It still has not arrived. I called silk&snow customer support last week. They said they would ask the transport company for a delivery date and get back to me. They never got back to me. It is only being transported from Toronto to just south of Ottawa. This is the first time I have ever ordered something from silk&snow. I doubt I will order anything from you again.

I placed an order for a mattress, weighted blanket, bed frame, and down insert set. I did not realize until after I placed the order that the tofino Bed Frame is out of stock - I wish this was made clearer to me before placing the order. It was supposed to be back in stock by November 15, but it has still not shipped. My weighted blanket has not arrived and there have been no updates on the shipping in four days. I realize that this is outside of silk and snow's control. I have not been able to try out the mattress yet, since my bed frame has not arrived. But I will say I was disappointed in the condition that the mattress arrived in - the box was falling apart and barely held together with tape

Order was shipped without any email notification. The package randomly show up on our front porch. Which could be stolen.
