Sent wrong frame. Bed ordered Dec 1. It’s Dec 16th and I’m still sleeping on mattress in floor. Waiting for replacement parts after spending 3 hours trying to put first bed together before realizing I did not have correct parts. Very difficult to get some actual help at first. Needed to keep trying and filling out “form “ online. Not cool for a $2000 purchase

Order place Dec1st Paid 508$. I have not received it yet . I called shipping company twice . I called Silk and Snow twice. Still no package . Terrible. Please resolve this .

Had to contact customer service multiple times. Issue was never resolved - never heard back from the multiple agents who said they would get back to me. Had to cancel via the credit card.

The sheets you sell are low thread count and horrible rough. I would have loved to get a duvet cover from your company but I don't have confidence it will not feel like sand paper.

The price even with it being on sale was too high for the quality of product received. It's decent bedding but for the price I definitely expected much higher quality
