Great product, poor communication on shipping. Never received shipping notice…if I had not called I wouldn’t have expected a delivery of the bed and nightstands that’s same day. Then had to email once and call twice to get some shipping information for the dressers (which while listed as in stock STILL haven’t actually shipped after 10 days.

The best advice I can give is to hire a courier company that is reliable. It would be hugely helpful to use a courier company that can enter your home because of the weight of your bed frames. Overall management of product delivery needs improvement.

The main issue was with the assembly. I had significant difficulty getting one of the side panels to slide into the headboard. It simply would not go in. I finally took a blade and slid it into the slot in the headboard and discovered that it was blocked up by what appeared to be solidified hot glue. And I did experience a few other "fit" issues as well.

Purely delivery information. The size of packages and delivery timing information needs to be readily available. Condo buildings are very restrictive with deliveries, and I need to know 2 things: 1. Package dimensions and weights. This let's me know if an elevator booking is needed. I was able to get this via email, but that seems unnecessary 2. Accurate delivery timing in advance, or the ability to choose a delivery time. I was only given the delivery date a few days in advance, and the estimated time with even less notice. Some buildings don't accept bookings on such short notice, and they require time slots

The delivery didn't go as planned. I live on a 3rd floor walk up, and I have a back injury. Through no fault of his own, the delivery was understaffed (only one delivery driver). He was actually very nice and did everything he could, but it makes no sense to me that the delivery company only had one staff member to deliver these big & heavy boxes. The delivery man had to ask me to help him bring all 8 boxes of my order up the stairs, and because the walk from 2nd to 3rd is indoors, he said he unfortunately couldn't help me because the company doesn't want to, so I had to bring up all 8 boxes up a flight of stairs. Considering my back injury, this was less than ideal. I live alone, so it causes challenges on the daily, but this was less than ideal, and it left a very sour taste in my mouth.

I don't want to be texted multiple times asking how my experience was. Particularly because I did not give permission for text-based promotions and communications. You already have my money, leave me alone.
