I could not order online. Manon was super helpful over the phone (extra star just because of her). The tracking information was not available and I was unable to get this via chat. Calling a second time took too long.

One item arrived damaged (headboard). Customer service was positive, kind and helpful upon calling - review might be improved when new item arrives and team reaches out (I have submitted the necessary form and photos and am awaiting a response at this time).

I only received 1 of 2 headboards ordered. Although customer service was receptive, it has been over 2weeks since I filled out the missing package form. The headboard is solid, albeit a little expensive for the cushion and cover.

The return process was awful - agents would not reply - the return wasn’t processed fully - the pickup wasn’t fedex it was a junk company - overall the experience was terrible and I wouldn’t buy again

Gillian and I ordered a bedroom suite over two orders. Both were delivered to our driveway and left out in the rain. On both occasions we were not notified of the deliveriesYour delivery service needs to be improved, both in communications and coordination, and in delivery into the buyers home.
