The product itself was fine. But your employees working at Calgary location store could use proper training. Unprofessional attitude, did not greet us at the door. Most of the employees huddled by the front and was sitting on the couch. We had several questions we asked about our online order but the gentlemen in the cap working was unpleasant and didn't really answer the questions to the best of his knowledge or nor did he want to help us. For how your company advertises silk&snow on e-commerce, perhaps you need to also look into retraining your employees who work in person. Especially in Calgary location.

For the price range, I found the quality low and the bedframe leg was not manufactured properly, unable to secure the headboard properly to the leg.

It took two weeks to get our delivery and the delivery date kept changing with no notifications. As we bought a complete bedroom furniture set and bedding your delivery company required no signature of delivery as well as they we’re suppose to notify the delivery time on the date of delivery which they did not. Instead they called when they were at my daughter’s residence asking us to open the garage. Luckily we were home to take the call but what if my daughter wasn’t home?? Everything would have been left on the driveway. Your drivers refused to bring any of furniture onto to the porch or inside the house. Again what if we are’t able to lift heavy things? Your service for furniture purchase is lacking in a big way. It will be hard to recommend a Canadian company that provides such poor service.

I ordered a duvet that said it was in stock and available. I waited two weeks for a shipping confirmation and when I reached out to ask why it had not shipped yet I was told it was back ordered for well over a month. I have responded back with a specific request and have not received a reply.

Accidentally ordered wrong headboard and would cost over $200 to ship back and exchange - requires whole bed vs just headboard change out

One of the two items we ordered was not in stock and discontinued. We wanted a matching set. As of right now, 15 days after the order was placed, we still have no refund

Felt miss led with the package I received with only receiving 1 fitted sheet and two pillow cases. Not sure why the package did include the top sheet.
