I understand that items can be on back order, but there was not communication on your end. I had to be the one to inform myself of why I wasn't receiving my purchase. And more than once.

The website said the colour was available. It is out of stock. Did not receive email informing me of this, I had to do virtual messaging to find this out. Product is not in stock until approximately March 15, 2026

Ordered january 9th. Never reveived

I ordered my bed frame on Jan 22 and didn’t receive any confirmation of the order being processed or shipped out after 2-4 business days. I then reached out to customer service after a full week of no notifications at all. I finally got an answer 11 days later on Feb 2nd that said the customer service person spoke to the Operations team regarding my shipment who “regrettably confirmed that a system error occurred causing a delay in creation of tracking information.” Which also didn’t really explain why there had been such a large delay. I also wasn’t offered anything to try to compensate for the international issue that forced me to sleep with my mattress on the floor. It was also very difficult to recieve help from the support chat on the website or get any kind of real answer from a human.

My pillow tore as I was zipping it back up after adjusting the fill. I emailed customer service about it and never heard back.

I still haven’t received my order with zero updates

I was charged for product that was not in stock was not notified that it would not be shipping

We have had the sheets for a couple of weeks, every single night they come off of our bed. On each side where we sleep. Also my fiancées pillow is already stained orange for some reason.

The dimensions of the full bed frame are considerably larger than a full mattress, which left a gap between the mattress and the wall. This is in my daughter’s room, and I don’t want her to fall, so I’ve had to makeshift stuffing pillows between the bed and the wall to accommodate the gap left by the large frame.

No updates on when an out-of-stock item (now in-stock) is going to ship. Can't talk to a human.
