Half king size half full bed was delivered. Spoke to Meg from customer service yesterday and sent photos. Have not heard back and currently have no bed frame

I talked to customer service as the ottoman is slanted and will not plush up and we can’t fit a tray in it as it’s slanted-they asked us to fluff it again and i let them know it didn’t work and wanted a replacement no feedback and will not respond or send replacement as this point i want a refund for the crappy ottoman

There appears to be two Silk and Snows -retail and customer service and they don’t show up as being the same company. Customer service seems excellent… gets things done … makes promises and keeps them. The retail group seems embarrassed to work for the store, provides little to no knowledgeable service and in response to any inquiry beyond product specs they literally use the expression “that’s not my department”. My feedback to S&S is figure out a way to show up as a collective enterprise, appreciate and respect the parts of S&S that you don’t work for.

The duvet is “crisp” it actually makes noise when you move it around. Aggravating and seems cheap.

The 2 inch foam pad has little effect on the comfort.
