My second package was delivered to a different unit in the neighbourhood and it was sitting outside in the rain for 3 days. I’m just upset with the delivery and how it was handled.

All three items ordered were damaged or have workmanship issues. The 2 replacement items were also damaged. The support system is terrible. I reported an issue the day i received the items and I have to fill out a form with a ton of info?! How about you respect me and my time and just send me the missing pieces. Your forms also will error out at times and need to be filled in again. Empower your support team to solve issues instead of redirecting people to shitty web forms.

The delivery driver just left the boxes outside in the snow. They didn’t even ring the doorbell to let us know it arrived.

Terrible experience. Took 3 weeks to get a pillow case. This is the 2nd bad experience with silk and snow and will no longer be using them again

This was not my first purchase, but it was my least satisfying. Two key issues; poor messaging on the delivery, and then delivering two shams in the same size box as the full original delivery which is just a waste, and the fact that customers do not have an option to purchase additional separate pillow cases (only shams) which is frustrating.

I have not received the entire order and although persons I have spoken to have been very pleasant no one can tell me when I will receive the missing item

I ordered several sheets sets, duvet covers etc. i am still awaiting a response on a wrong order sent to me. They asked for images which I senr and no response yet
