Didnt received all the items

Still have yet to receive my bed. It was "shipped" on December 5. Have reached out to customer service twice, the second time they have yet to get back to me.

Delivery took way too long

By replying to my support requests which haven't been sitting for a week.

Still didn’t receive my order ( ordered in Dec 2, 3925).

Quality of items is good, but shipping is slow and guarantee of adjustable bed fitting with any bed frame is false. Returns/refunds are hassle filled and not worth the effort.

The items I ordered claimed to be instock online. Only part of my order was delivered, even though the online tracking shows all items were shipped and delivered. I had to call mulitiple times to be told I had 3 outstanding packages in the warehouse. Each time I was told the warehouse was closed and the customer service representative would need to reach out to them the next day and email me with a status update. Nobody did this. Then the customer service line was closed for 3 days. I have a planned vacation and now packages are going to be possibly delivered while I am away for 2 weeks. Horrible communication with customers. Hope my packages are sent after the New Year and are not left on my front porch to be stolen. Should note, this has been over 3 weeks of pretty much silence from Silk & Snow, unless I reach out to them. Marc finally sent me an email stating the packages may still be delivered, but he attempted to place a hold on them with FedEx. Extremely disappointing experience.

My first item was to be delivered Dec 5 but went dark as was delivered a week later. I couldn’t reach humans only your chat or which was incapable of handling my questions. My second order was to be a pink silk pillowcase but instead I got an actual pillow….

My back is still in pain, and the mattress does not feel soft to it.
