For some reason… These beautiful sheets do not stay on our bed while we are sleeping. We don’t move around all that much, we recently bought a brand new mattress set and for some reason these sheets just do not stay on the corners. My husband is very frustrated and keeps telling me to send them back. I really like the feeling of the sheets, I just wish that they would stay where they are supposed to.

Linen sheets had a petroleum smell when received. It still lingered after 1 wash, had to wash them a second time before using them For the 1st time

Don’t like our sheets.

It took ages for my purchased item to arrive. Once it arrives, Canpar could not arrange for direct delivery hence I have to collect it myself.

Order was placed on October 8. Bed frame was delivered on October 11. Mattress and sleep bundle had not arrived by October 22 when I called to check the status. Items were re-entered in your system. Mattress was delivered on October 25 and sleep bundle on October 30.

Ordering, shipping, and communication was excellent. Instructions were simple enough for assembly, but I encountered many issues. Firstly, one bolt did not lineup with a nut for headboard assembly so it is currently short one connection. In installation section 8, the medium bolts item D were not long enough to reach the embedded nuts on the headboard. As a result, I was forced to use bolt item H from section 14. Once I went to complete section 14, I had to revert back to bolt item D, which was obviously too short so I was unable to use washers or lock washer. Furthermore, the instructions in section 7 for installing the horizontal support. We’re not very clear and I installed the support railing upside down. Once I was further into the installation and installing the angle, brackets, I realized my mistake and had to remove all the bolts and start over.

The company I hope stands behind there product.They felt soft until I washed them and they are not very soft.They fit very tight on the bottom sheet which is a good thing .I haven’t made up my mind if the fabric bothers me since I have sensory issues when my sheets are not super soft

Better order management system, online order software.

The ordering was easy however the bed is not well put together and there is a space gap at the foot. Expected a lot better quality in the construction.
