The bottom of the drawer slide in section was too narrow to catch the slots cut in the sides of the drawer. Better quality manufacturing.

I recently ordered two large Nara dressers. The dressers were delivered and left in my front yard on the lawn. I was home, nobody knocked at the door or rang the doorbell. I also received no email or text. The dressers sat outside in the rain until later when I noticed they were there.My house has a covered area yet the delivery company decided to leave it on the lawn.Also, for something this size please make it more clear that it’s curbside delivery. It took close to 1 hour for my husband and neighbour to unpack and move these out of the rain. Hire a better delivery company that has standards and will make sure your purchase gets there without issue. We pay for quality, we expect better.I should have just sent them back.

The communication for my order status was extremely poor. I felt left in the dark about whether or not I'd ever be receiving my bed frame. Was told different things by different support members. Everything unnecessarily shipped separately.

The delivery rider didnt deliver the mattress to me, i didnt even signed the document which he sent me as a receipt, the person signed that receive document by himself on behalf of me which is illegal and unethical, I want full audit on this, this is unacceptable, more over he left the mattress on sidewalkkkkkk not even in front of my door

Only 1 package out of 3 tree was shipped. The headboard and mattress cover are still at the warehouse. I only received the rails and footboard.

Still haven't gotten my product after I received a text yesterday saying it would be delivered. Wish I had an estimated time of arrival, as we told our 3 year old they were getting a super cooolll new bed yesterday and now they are let down and asking about it about once every few hours.

I am still missing an item on my order. But I did received all packages associated to my order number. I try to call several time, but was never able to talk to someone. I wrote an email, I got an answer not answering my request and I had no news since.

Some of my order was delivered in good time. One piece has not been delivered and I have had a hard time finding out where it is and the tracking does not update. Company is not easy to communicate with.
