I had previously bought a bedroom set from you. It was a great experience, beginning to end. However, I added a dresser to this bedroom set and I am extremely disappointed. The dresser arrived damaged, the leg was broken off. I get it, it happens. It's what has transpired since then that has me disappointed. First, you have me filling out this incredibly long warranty claim. which included a lot number that was on the back of the dresser, which I had to now take completely out of the box to get. You asked me for an original invoice and even more information, you should have all this information. I get needing pictures of the damage, however the rest should not have been needed. Then I get the response that it make take 5 days for you to respond! Seriously, that's not acceptable. I also asked if the new delivery of the replacement item will include a swap out of the the broken dresser, no response. So at this point I don't know when I will be getting the replacement dresser and I don't know if the delivery people will be hauling off the damaged dresser. Also, the delivery team that broke the dresser in the first place should have taken it back on the spot when we realized it was damaged. Also, why am I getting an email about the cost of the dresser being prorated from time of purchase when it showed up damaged. Again, the damaged dresser, get it, it happens, but it's been your poor customer service response to it that has been terrible.

The duvet cover doesn’t close. 3 of the buttons simply don’t fit the hole so it is a bit disappointing as we really like the product but now my duvet is constantly poking out and doesn’t look great. You have good products so was just surprised this was not the case or maybe a malfunction on this unit?

One of the people that works there admitted that they have a squirrel brain and was not very present when I was in need of help. This made it very difficult to finalize a purchase. The stocks were also not great. The only physical store in Calgary and it barely had stocks.

Bed arrived with a missing leg, took a week for someone to let me know I qualify to replace the bed leg that arrived, bed leg will arrive in Feb 2026. So now I have a bed with 3 legs. How would you feel if you received a bed with only 3 legs and you had to fill out a long form that takes 1 week to evaluate, then takes about 4 months to resolve. I was told a new bed could be shipped but that seems unrealistic since my bed is assembled and I just need 1 simple leg. If I owned this company, I would ship the leg immediately when someone called, what's worse losing $5 to replace the leg or waste the customers time and end up losing a customer. We were planning on purchasing more but not if we are getting treated like this. I understand that a company needs processes in place to ensure proper handling of the request but there needs to be some logic or way to handle simple requests. The goal of a business should be to make it as easy as possible for the customer.
