Ordered a bed and headboard. Did not receive shipping info, contacted customer service. Headboard was out of stock so bed hadn’t shipped. Requested for bed to be shipped. Mediocre response from customer service and no confirmation email since to confirm if bed has shipped.

They cancelled part of my order without telling me. They refunded me incorrectly. They gave me little options but to return my items. I dealt with multiple customer service agents and they all seemed incompetent.
