Mattress arrived damaged. I’m more than 2 weeks into trying to get it replaced or refunded with zero response from silk and snow that’s not automated

I still haven’t received a shipping notification. I have reached out to support about it but haven’t gotten a response yet. Then I get this email asking for feedback. I’m not sure how else to try to get an update.

The website is really bad. It is extremely slow to load (not a connectivity issue) and whatever product configuration app you’re using is trash. The checkout was also almost unusable. When I attempted to confirm the order it threw an error saying that there may be an issue with my order, but to check my email first before trying to place the order again… and sure enough the order was confirmed. You guys should have stuck with Shopify.

The colour of the towels are not consistent. Some are much lighter than others and the bath mat is a totally different colour than the images say it should be.

I still haven’t received all of my order. I received my duvet but not the cover. Placed my order on November 22nd and both items said they were in stock but 3 weeks later still no cover. Very disappointing.
