If there was an option for Zero stars I would have chosen that. I placed an order on Nov 27. On Dec 3 I went online to check its progress. Wasn’t able to; my email address had been changed. Got that corrected, order was modified because the colour I chose was unavailable. Agent said she’d expedite the order. Checked online on Dec 10 and it still said order processing! I was billed on Nov 27th, but by Dec 10th the order hadn’t even been processed! Unacceptable.

Your sales person in store was unable to provide basic information about your products. And he subsequently made mistakes in creating the order, especially in relation to the delivery date.

I was very excited about the towel set I purchased as I own several Silk and Snow items and love them. I have washed them many times and they are still shedding so we are covered with lint after our shower.

Pieces were mislabeled. Had to figure out assembly myself. One leg was chipped. Frame not secure if there’s no mattress on it so you can’t move it around without multiple people.

The dresser and two nightstands all arrived damaged, and the bedframe also had a small crack. While the team replaced the items, the exchange process is less then perfect. We had to deal with disposing of the damaged pieces, all the packaging, then unpacking and dealing with the new pieces again. Basically one month of back and forth, mess in the house, and no option from your team to collect at least the packaging during the exchange, or offer a bit more service in dealing with the whole process.

This looks like a manufacturing defect, so I would like to request a replacement for this specific wooden support rail, rather than returning the entire bed frame.

Ordered on Nov 27 and still haven’t received them (Dec 12)Emailed my concern a week ago and got a nice reply (72 hrs later) but nothing since and no product.
