Problem with my selection, I received other items that I didn’t even look at when I ordered. And obviously did not receive any of the items I wanted and carefully selected (color etc). When I called to check and modify the order, I was out of the 3 hours delay so nothing could be done. The products themselves may be very good, but the website is either problematic or misleading.

Was sent an e-mail Dec 1/25) that order has shipped, but no tracking info provided. Nothing has shown up (as of Dec 11), but I have no idea when it should arrive.

The sheets are so scratchy

Ordered a pillow on nov 25th and the website says "in stock and ready to ship" then received an email saying it was shipped last nov 27th. Currently fedex website indicates that the package wasn't handed to them. It's dec 10th! I reached out to customer service last December 8th and the agent said, I'll receive an email regarding the shipment within 48 hours but still nothing.

I’m very disappointed in the sheer set I purchased .. I was told the sheets were butter soft .. they’re not ..I gave them a light wash & tumble dried them with wool dryer balls as directed .. now I have pricey bedding that’s no more comfortable than my cheaper ones

The problems with my order initiated by your system telling me to “return to the shop”2 the failure to immediately fix ,,,,as I contacted you immediately once I discovered two purchases (within minutes)3. The failure to follow up of act on requests for information as requested in contact with well train but ineffective customer service4. Customer service people clearly are well trained but it is thin when issues are not addressed and the same platitudes are expressed.

1. tracking updates should be sent to customers2. Ensure that all the boxes for an order are delivered or ensure where they are IMMEDIATELY when a client reaches out for an update on a missing portion of an order - I had to go through multiple emails before your team did a “brief” investigation to find a missing box3. Ensure all the CORRECT ITEMS are in an order before sending4. Ensure the items are functional before sending5. Customer service should respond in a timely manner

The bed frame arrived damaged and it’s extremely bad quality. The bed is flimsy it was extremely difficult to assemble. We couldn’t reach customer service to resolve the issue
