Experience was fine but I’m not too happy about the fitted sheet. Why wouldn’t you put elastic all the way around the bottom. That’s something I would expect out of a Great Value brand bed sheet set. Not this $180 or so dollar bed sheet set. I was appalled at it not having elastic all the way around the bottom.

Haven’t received or heard of the bonus package that was supposed to come with the mattress purchase.

I ordered and paid for my mattress a month ago. It still has not been sent out. Each time I call I am told the situation. Will be rectified and it is not. Tracking still indicates pre delivery. I am getting NO assistance on my purchase.

Dealing with your customer service is a nightmare. We nearly spent $5000 on a bed, mattress and adjustable frame, but decided to buy our bed from another company because the free bed set with purchase didn’t have any real options for the dual twin and would have required a $200 upgrade. This would be your most expensive package, so I don’t know why this isn’t a priority. Best the csa could offer was an insulting 5% off. After this, I checked your reviews again and realize you bury all negative reviews. This tells me everything I need to know. I was glad I checked because it seems your bed frames are quite fragile. Bought a much nicer, sturdier bed elsewhere.

I havent received my order

I will see your customer service team is absolutely wonderful. I had ordered my product on October 5th, was notified it was shipped on the 6th and should be at my house within 24 to 48 hours. Unfortunately it is now October 19 and I have not received my order. The customer service team has helped me locate at least where it is and have let me know. It should be here on the 21st. I’m disappointed as I made this decision to buy a mattress and I needed it quickly.

It was shipped Oct 8. It is Oct 19 still haven’t received it.

Delivering promptly this item has still not arrived.

Experience was great on prompt delivery of mattress and bedding 2 weeks ago, yet still no ordered bed frame and no updates, even after a placed desperate call for said update! What should I do with a bed with no frame, sleep on the floor? Really wanted to give full star review but obviously I am stranded. Please fix this as I was charged for the missing item, makes it hard to recommend. Sad
