Positives - fabric is nice (linen so I know it is wrinkly but comfortable), color is great and the bottom sheet has great deep pockets; however, Even with the deep pockets, these sheets do not stay on the mattress. I have to remake the bed daily because the elastic on the bottom sheet is not tight enough to keep it in place. This is really the only reason for the 2 star rating, but this has been one of my biggest issues with sheets and I really thought with the deep pockets these sheets would be the answer to my issues!

On November 27 I ordered pillows and eye masks all of which were noted as being in stock at the time of my purchase. I received the eye masks. When on December 5 I had not yet received the pillows nor had the shipping information changed I called customer service. I was told there must have been some problem, that a new shipping label would be created, and I would receive new tracking information. It is now December 10 and I have not received any update or tracking information. I specifically bought from Silk & Snow to support a Canadian company, but I’d think twice before ordering again.

I ordered two items. One was shipped, but the other hasn't. I don't mind waiting, but there has been 0 communication regarding the estimated delivery of the second item. When I check my order status, it says it has been complete even though only one item was delivered.

Wrong item shipped. Had to contact company multiple times to rectify the situation. Issue causes me disruption to create shipping label and take to a facility to be shipped. Nothing offered for the added hassle. A more streamlined approach would be appreciated.

We’ve still not received our products (three beds, three mattresses and two nightstands) and attempts for support on this matter have been sluggish and absent. Our inquiry began 48 hours ago and we’ve still not had a response as to why our order was not processed. All the while our visa was charged at the time of purchase two weeks ago.

I still do not have any of the products I purchased on November 25 and today is December 10. The tracking service indicated it arrived in Winnipeg on December 1, but it has not yet been delivered nor have I been contacted about delivery or delayed delivery. There have been no weather related delays (snow) in our city until today. I am very disappointed and concerned on the status of my purchase sitting in a warehouse for this long.

I haven't received part of my order, but its very difficult to talk to a representative about the missing parts of my order. I was told a week ago that my pillows were backordered and I should hear back by now about the status of my shipment, and if I haven't then to reach out again, but I keep trying to contact someone in the chat or email and just can't get ahold of anyone.

I ordered a Percale duvet cover and it is as thin as tissue paper…not at all like a percale weave.
