Bathmat does not have any type of rubber grip which is a major tripping hazard. Extremely dissapointed considering the price the of the mat as I will either need to purchase and size a grip mat separately or forego the purchase entirely

I have NOT received my order but I see my payment has been processed. So, I have paid for something I haven’t receivedI have made 3 phone calls trying to sort out the problem. Each time I was promised that they would enquire and get back to me.To date no one has done that. I have not received any information regarding the order.

I placed my order a month ago. The confirmation email I received said the order would be processed within 4 days. I have sent several messages and still don’t have an answer as to when my order will ship. I was given a $50 refund as compensation which feels like a joke compared to the amount of money that I spent. It’s bad enough that it hasn’t shipped but to not get an updates at all feels so unprofessional. I’m beyond disappointed. I purchased a bed frame smaller than what I currently own so that I could fit a crib for my baby in my bedroom. Every night that I still don’t have this order my child is sleeping in the middle of my living room. I expect answers and further compensation.

I love the feel of the sheets but they are sliding off my silk and snow mattress already after 1 wash. I have a king mattress from silk and snow and the king sheets so they should fit great but i am underwhelmed having to readjust them daily to fit the mattress. I washed the same as i always have in the past.

When I placed the order, I was told the item was in stock. However, it has now been two months without delivery, and I did not receive any notification about the stock shortage. I only received an explanation after contacting you myself. I found this process a bit disappointing and I would have appreciated more proactive communication.

I still haven't received the entire order. Also, the headboard was very difficult to assemble since the pillow was almost too big for the cover.
