To date I haven’t received the item I purchased. It was a pillowcase that I bought as a Christmas gift but I instead received a pillow. I tried reaching the staff and had to work with chabots. Once I reached the staff they did not resolve this matter.

The pillows received are NOT the same quality as what we have been using since 2022. Our older, almost 4 year old pillows from silk and snow have more loft and are less lumpy than the brand new pillows. Plus, the new pillows have had an unpleasant smell that has not gone away in almost a full week of using them. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

The dresser I ordered said it was "damaged" at the warehouse and could not be delivered, and I have yet to receive an update or new order for over a week. order #3107036

We placed the order on December 28, on January 9 I follow up to see the status of my order, only to be told its still processing. On January 11 I am getting an email letting me know the product I have ordered is out of stock. I have not received any further responses to my email. This has been a long delay!
