My order to this day is incomplete with no date given on when I can expect the missing bolts for the headboard and missing dresser.

the drawer for the bed came damaged. the floor of the drawer was cracked. It is also a huge pain to have to measure and create holes for the base of the drawer. The wood is cheap and flimsy and kept splitting with every screw. it is so damaged that it can't realistically hold that many things in it, otherwise it will split in half

My order was delivered to the wrong address. Going by the house photo on the delivery company website we tracked our package down and retrieved it ourselves. Delivery company to blame here not Silk and Snow.

the items I bought were not in stock, I assumed I would not be charged until the item was shipped but I did get charged... and now I get 2 or 3 email a day pumping ads... it got old very fast
