I asked about shipping and whether or not there is any guarantee for delivery. And but of the sales people in the store cannot answer my question. Instead of saying they dont know, or that they will try to look it up, they gave me some BS roundabout answer that does not even answer my question.

I purchased 2 weeks ago and I have recieved no updates on my order. When I order the item (couch) said it would be back in stock on Oct 6 so I expected a notification at that time to let me know when I could expect the delivery of my couch. I still have not heard anything. I have reached out to your customer service and I still have not heard anything back.

The materials are fantastic, I love the feel and colour but the sheets do not stay on the bed.

The sheets were a premium price but I don't feel that they are any softer or cooler then a cheap set at walmart

Order hasn’t shipped yet despite being advertised as in stock on the website. Estimated delayed delivery (which may be further delayed yet) is over a month after the item was ordered. It’s lucky that I ordered a headboard - what if I had ordered a mattress or bed frame and had to do without one for months? At the very least, a refund option should be offered. While I appreciated the apology email, I am ultimately dissatisfied by this process and experience.

The headboard which sits only with pressure between the bed and the wall is not very stable. It doesn't sit flush with the bed frame so it looks weird from the side of the bed. And whenever you make the bed, the headboard falls on the floor. Similarly, if you have to move the bed for any reason it also falls. I will have to find a solution to attach the headboard to the frame somehow. I would have preferred if there was some sort of bracket that was included to connect the frame with the headboard.
