Uncomfortable and definitely not stain resistant

Wood pieces do not match perfect.

Refund me for the mattress that was a defect immediately. When I bought it goes through immediately. Refund has been a week and still waiting.

Bed quality was terrible.

The product I got came damaged and I put in a claim and have still not heard anything back.

No one called to update my order status Email stated tracking would be sent. Item stated was in stock and ships in 2 to 4 days

1. The packages were lost in a FedEx warehouse for over a week. No help from FedEx on this even after a ticket was created. I understand this is not in your control, but the question was on my experience. 2. The beautiful white mattress top has brown stains going from the centre to the top. It does make me wonder where the brown stains came from and how they got there. 3. Disappointed the sheet set did not come with a top sheet. It did state in the package that only pillowcases and bottom sheet were included. I do not recall seeing this on the website when I ordered.
