Pillow cases on the recently purchased (Oct 2025) cotton sheets are unraveling after 2 washes .

You sent us a bed and the slats don’t fit. I filled out the form for issues with the bed, took pictures and gave the dimensions of the slats that we need to work. I got an email that said they ordered new slats so I called to make sure that they sent the correct size and was told they can’t adjust the size to make them fit but thought that maybe they sent king size slats. The slats we are about an inch too big. King size slats would be 16 inches too big so that is not the case, so I told them we want to return the bed since we can’t get slats that fit this bed. Now I’m being told we have to pay over $250.00 to return a bed that doesn’t work. What the hell? I’m thinking I might contact my bank and let them know I was charged for a product that doesn’t work so I can get all of my money back. What a joke!!!!!

Half of my order arrived but my confirmation email said that my entire order was delivered. I have sent 3 emails to figure out where the rest of my order is and response has been very slow and no one seems to be able to help track down the other half of my order

A portion (mattress ) of our order did not arrive with the rest of the order. It was hard/time consuming to track it: challenging Chatbot interactions, lack of promised email followup. Only by finally reaching to pleasant/helpful contact via phone did we find out mattress had been shipped- there was NO notification otherwise!
