Bad shipment of the base

Missing the arms box that contains instruction was ridiculous. I received 4 boxes without knowing how to assemble the final product.

Please provide in room delivery of your dressers. Its the most common sense thing. How are people expected to move a fully assembled dresser without professional help

Haven’t received my order yet. Very late. Was supposed to he delivered by Dec 2. It’s Dec 6 with ni status update

When my shipment was returned to the warehouse, there was no communication to me. It wasn’t until I reached out that a re-distribution was deployed. Even then, there was no attempt to provide any additional compensation for the inconvenience and the massive delay.

The linen sheets are not comfortable. They do not get softer through wash. Not worth trying

The delivery people you use in Toronto never show up. When we got the bed frame they didn't show up 3 times and now with the mattress they didn't show up again

I ordered on November 21st 2025 and received a tracking number and then a shipment on the 29th. It was incomplete but there were no indications that it was incomplete .I received another shipment on December 5th still incomplete.I have no way of knowing of I’ll receive what is missing. My research on your site indicates that my order has been delivered since the first shipment.

My package was delivered to the wrong address! Not only that I didn’t get an email notification telling me that my package was delivered, so I didn’t even know it was at the wrong address until I decided to track the package, three or four days after it was delivered. Luckily, the package was delivered to a house close by and I was able to track it down on my own.I attempted to contact Silk&Snow numerous times through the chat option and I was even told by a chat bot that they created an inquiry and will have staff contact me, which never happened,
