Staff was not knowledgeable about the material. They told me it was from Italy, when I know it’s actually from Portugal. You messed up my in store purchase and something that wasn’t in stock and was to be shipped. I have no idea how- considering they asked and recorded my shipping address and assured me it would be shipped out in a timely matter. It was only when I called ( and was kept on hold for longer than expected) that i caught the issue, and rectified it myself. Meg was your employee that fixed what the showroom employees messed up.

I was getting ads and promo emails constantly after my purchase. I specifically declined these emails.

My package was missing and no one from silk and snow contacted me. When i followed up over a week later they just cancelled my original order and sent me a new package. I tried to chat with an agent online and was supposed to be redirected and no one followed up. I expressed my frustration to Silk and Snow and they said it was out of their control and they shipped me a new one so all is fine. The issue I have is I didn't have a bed for almost 2 weeks because the order was supposed to be shipped and arrived within 3-4 days of the order

My mattress arrived in the middle of a work day with zero notice. I couldn’t make arrangements to be home, or let property management in my building aware. I had to leave my office and I didn’t have a moving elevator ready to move the bed to my floor.

My order wasn’t filled correctly. I wasn’t given notice that part of the order would not be delivered, and then when I requested it to be replaced, they told me it was backordered. But you do in fact, have those items in stock on your website. So I found that to be a bit deceiving. I expected my full order to be received. And if in fact, something was backordered, to be given the opportunity to decline purchasing something that would not be fulfilled in full that I fully paid for.

This is the second pillow I have purchased. This latest one does not seem to have the same quantity of microfibre material. I am folding the pillow to get enough support. Have the been a change in product over the last year?
