Ce qui fait notre grande déception c’est que: il n’y avait qu’une personne qui a livrer les meubles, mon conjoint a dû aider et forcer car les meubles étaient lourds et si nous n’étions pas à la maison lors de la livraison votre consigne était de laisser les meubles à l’extérieur dans la neige, ce qui ne s’est jamais vu lors de la livraison de gros meubles. Une chance que le livreur était très gentil de nous aider à entrer les meubles dans la maison car je ne sais pas ce qu’on aurait fait.

The center support beams of my bed frame constantly slip/fall over. One of them snapped within two weeks of use.

For a $1000 bed frame, I should not have to lug 3 HEAVY boxes up 2 flights of stairs. Moreover, the delivery people put them incorrectly when the boxes clearly say “this side up”. They put that side down. The cover is also very hard to get on. I understand the point of the cover but it’s wrinkled.

I am very pleased with the percale fabric, but the small size of tge pillow cases and tge lack of finishing / stitch detail on both tge sheets and pillow cases is disappointing. For this reason I will not purchase again. Expected more for the price. Susan

I never received an email with a tracking update and my order started to arrive as individual pieces over several days. I don’t mind the order being split up but I had no idea if any pieces were missing, when they would arrive or when they were delivered. After asking support for help when I believed part of my order was missing I was told it was an issue with the delivery company and they could not help me. Overall I like the products i received but I am not likely to place an order again

I was not given any service and the sales clerk actually took someone else when I was waiting for quite a long time to be rung up. I was also very disappointed in the fact that you cannot exchange online purchases in store.

Shipment was delayed and I had to contact you in order to figure out what was going on or where the shipment was.
