Hasn’t shipped yet and was ordered over two weeks ago. Shipping timeline was 2-4 business days. No updates have been given as to why this delay is happening.

There was no shipping confirmation provided, leaving the order unable to track. Didn’t know it shipped or was being delivered.

We were so excited to get our bedframe. Putting it together was smooth and everything but the two stability pieces in the middle are less than adequate. They move around constantly if she adjust in bed. I’m so disappointed because I had been waiting months and months to order this bed and I just thought it would’ve been better quality. We’re highly considering returning it

After receiving our duvet, I emailed asking a few questions and never got a response.

Delivery company left shipment (large box) in middle of shared driveway instead of on covered front porch away from foot traffic. If neighbours needed to get in or out of driveway they wouldn't have been able to as I was not home.

Delivery time

I received a damaged duvet cover. I should have just returned it but thought maybe I could exchange it for less hassle. Well after days of waiting to hear back they said it would be exchanged but that my warranty would be used up and I would not be able to use it on the new cover. But this is not my damage and what’s to guarantee the next one doesn’t arrive damaged? Completely unacceptable. I’m not debating if I return because I feel I dont trust that I will get a product that I cant have a warranty on.

The instructions were not easy to follow. The wheels are difficult to put on. And the plastic wood inside of the drawer is falling through the bottom.
