I still have not received the shipment.

Order was shipped without any email notification. The package randomly show up on our front porch. Which could be stolen.

Unfortunately, two items arrived incorrectly, and as a result, I’m unable to complete the assembly.Order number: Order No. 2992972November 9, 2025Issues encountered:- Step 11: the middle whole is not aligned so its not possible to secure and tighten the bolts.- step 13: one groove is shorter so slat wont fit.I would appreciate your help in resolving this as soon as possible so I can finish setting up the bed.

I got one pillow- different colour. It was hard to get replaced. Representative ask for pictures, I sen and need to wait few days for response and make few calls, talk to different representatives, everyone promised to take care of it

The bed looks good but the fabric quality is lower than I expected. The bed is also not perfectly fit and there is some juggling but it's too much tricky to return at this point. It's beautiful! But I wouldn't say premium.

Product arrived damaged in the packaging. The return process is slow. The return still hasn't occurred

I still do not have the product I ordered. Had to contact help desk twice and still not resolved.

Pillow case fell apart

No complaint bout the product, the issue was delivery from Canpar-never arrived- when I reached out a week and 1/2 later to company Savannah resent the items for delivery via FedEx and received within 4 days. The sad part is I couldn’t give to my mom at her 80th birthday party, I had to send them via mail much later.
