We were told that the item was available at your showroom, but after driving all the way there, it wasn’t in stock. Ended up purchasing in a larger size, but disappointed that your information sent to us was incorrect.

The exchange program is poor. Return and re-purchase made my exchange cost more because the price had changed. Not being able to return online purchases in-store encourages me not to shop with silk&snow again. This is an old fashioned business decision.

If I could give a zero i would. Product came damaged and you offered me $125 and a repair kit. Exceptionally bad customer service and terrible experience. Unexpected from a brand like yours but looks are decieving.

Needed a piece repaired. There was lots of back and forth to get the correct piece sent.

The first delivery came with zero email notice it would be shipped and before I even moved into my house (within 36 hours of order). The package was damaged. I was unable to get only the part and instead received an over 100 pounds of extra parts I’ll need to pay to throw out. The instruction manual wasn’t detailed enough for my order and poorly drawn, leading to hours of assembly. The bed frame, while labeled oeko-Tex is still mostly fiberboard, which I have concerns about. When I called twice to ask about assembly, the phone system hung up on me.

Great product, poor communication on shipping. Never received shipping notice…if I had not called I wouldn’t have expected a delivery of the bed and nightstands that’s same day. Then had to email once and call twice to get some shipping information for the dressers (which while listed as in stock STILL haven’t actually shipped after 10 days.

The best advice I can give is to hire a courier company that is reliable. It would be hugely helpful to use a courier company that can enter your home because of the weight of your bed frames. Overall management of product delivery needs improvement.

The main issue was with the assembly. I had significant difficulty getting one of the side panels to slide into the headboard. It simply would not go in. I finally took a blade and slid it into the slot in the headboard and discovered that it was blocked up by what appeared to be solidified hot glue. And I did experience a few other "fit" issues as well.
