We purchased an aire sectional and nothing about our experience has been good.1. Product : the sofa itself is terrible, the fabric is awful and everything sticks to it.2. Our sofa got delivered damaged and it took over 2 months to get a replacement part3. Customer service : we were sent from sleep country to silk & snow to the store back to sleep country back to silk & snow, it’s almost like no one communicates and the wait times for responses are absolutely terrible
