So the bed I purchased ended up looking quite different in person. Plus the cover was hell to put on and doesn’t fit well at all. I emailed customer service have not a response

the delivery was not good..i kept tracking the eta and it kept saying a date in the far future (jan 17, 2026) and then suddenly it was delivered and left in my driveway behind my car! anyone could have stolen it...i have a very large covered porch and wonder why delivery guys were too lazy to leave it near the door?? thankfully i have a kind neighbor who told me since we were away that day...

Quality does not match the price. The furniture is very hollow sounding, so it echos whenever you place something on top. And the drawer rails are cheap. I could have gotten something of similar quality for a better price at ikea.

The website said i should receive my package in 2-4 days after the order was processed, but i still haven’t received it after 2 weeks. I contacted you yesterday, and you will send a replacement package, but there is no compensation for this mistake.
