Upon unboxing and opening mattress, there are several black marks (greasy/oil looking) in a clear pattern from some sort of machine (likely what rolls it for packing) on the underside. The underside fabric was also slightly damaged, but no holes. The topside of the mattress was fine, no marks or damage. It would be a nice feature if your delivery service could deliver at least inside the door or better - to the room where it will be used. They also did not knock or ring the doorbell.

It was terrible dealing with customer service just to get a refund on original purchase of Aire bed and stop the shipment. I phoned the store first(as purchased in store) they said they couldn’t do it. Then called customer service 3x before anyone was able to help me properly and told me I had to call the store after all.

The plastic packaging that our mattress arrived in was torn and your customer service team wouldn’t replace it. They said if they replaced it that would count as our one free return. We could not risk that because we don’t know if we will like the mattress.

My duvet cover came damaged. I have filled out a warranty claim and still have yet to receive a reply.

My bed was delivered broken, and no one has gotten back to me about getting a new bed shipped. Bad customer service. I have video of the bed being dropped. Wanting a discount due to how I’m treated from this company that is supposed to be high quality.

Placed my order on December 25 and have had 0 contact from you
