Missing parts & damaged pieces, delays in receiving the bed. I have talked to customer support five times. Completed forms to report everything 8 days ago. Yesterday was promised I would get an email confirming shipment of the pieces & compensation for the damaged bed. I haven’t heard back. I will not buy anything else from Silk & Snow and will not recommend the company to my friends.

The communication was beyond atrocious. My order said shipped when it fact it hadn't . I needed it last week and it is still a week out ...we flew from ca to colorado to meet it and it wasn't even in transit. The cs team messed up the address multiple times after texts, calls and emails. The bed is on sale and i am still being charged full price despite it not shipping and i called to complain the day after i purchased. It has been a disaster from the start . I cannot recommend.

We walked into your Calgary store front after purchasing sheets online. We LOVE the sheets. The store associate who greeted us was rude. We told him we didn’t know you had a storefront we had only bought online and were excited to look around. He said “look around, Silk and Snow is a very specific store” that felt weird but we went about looking around. We picked out some new sheets to buy and he again came off rude and not approachable, the sheets in store were more money than online so I questioned that and he just wasn’t helpful, didn’t offer to price match. He definitely ruined our experience.

no mattress received after ordering it for almost three weeks. no emails or tracking info received. no response from email follow up, until i called.

Half king size half full bed was delivered. Spoke to Meg from customer service yesterday and sent photos. Have not heard back and currently have no bed frame
