I talked to customer service as the ottoman is slanted and will not plush up and we can’t fit a tray in it as it’s slanted-they asked us to fluff it again and i let them know it didn’t work and wanted a replacementno feedback and will not respond or send replacementas this point i want a refund for the crappy ottoman

There appears to be two Silk and Snows -retail and customer service and they don’t show up as being the same company. Customer service seems excellent… gets things done … makes promises and keeps them. The retail group seems embarrassed to work for the store, provides little to no knowledgeable service and in response to any inquiry beyond product specs they literally use the expression “that’s not my department”. My feedback to S&S is figure out a way to show up as a collective enterprise, appreciate and respect the parts of S&S that you don’t work for.

Le site fait la promotion du fait que les retour sont faciles et simples, mais je n’ai jamais eu à faire autant de démarches pour un retour. J’ai eu à clarifier des détails par téléphone sur plusieurs points du retour : les plusieurs photos à prendre et les informations (poids, articles) à entrer dans le site de FedEx qui ne sont pas adaptés au retour de plus d’un article et cause la confusion comme je n’ai pas de balance. L’emplacement choisi pour le retour FedEx disait, dans la liste fournie, imprimer les étiquettes de retour, mais finalement non. Les employées du service à la clientèle de Silk and Snow étaient toutefois courtoises.

The duvet is “crisp” it actually makes noise when you move it around. Aggravating and seems cheap.

Product was damaged, please see question 3. Appears to have happened in factory as packaging was pristine.
