The sheets were not worth what I paid. Poor quality for the high price.

I ordered 2 beds. One of the beds I received is stained. I need to get cleaned and would like to get a refund for this extra device I now have to seek out.

Missing part. Filled out warranty form a week ago and have called to check on status and was told someone would email me. Still have not heard back.

Got the upholstered bed frame and headboard. The bed frame shipped first and was very easy to put together. The headboard shipped second as it was out of stock. The headboard is simple a cushion that goes between the bed and the wall. It DOES NOT attach to the bed frame itself. I found this so odd. It also doesn’t stay completely upright unless you put pillows up against it.

Your return policy is ridiculous. There are too many hoops to go through to return an item.

The bed frame is absolutely gorgious, EXCEPT, that one of the legs had a crack. And here is the problem. FedEx delivered it to the wrong house, AND probably just dropped the heavier and bigger box (there were three boxes). And that is where the driver probably cracked one of the legs. The frame is a tad bigger all-around than my new Helix Premium Queen mattress, and you can see the slots all around it.Could you please send me one of the legs to replace the one that is cracked? And what should I do with the extra space at the end? It seems it is begging me to have the headboard.

Deliveries have been spotty. From what I can figure out, we’ve received 2 of 3 packages (bed side tables x 2 and a headboard). No word on where the bed is shipping or a tracking number. I hate to send this back, but it feels like Silk & Snow is not going to be able to deliver this in a timely manner.

I expected the sheets to be thicker and “crisper” for the price. They are nice but not great value for tje price

I like the queen med firm when I’m in it alone but find when my husband who is an average sized man gets in we roll to the middle. Any recommendations?

The Cushion Headboard received was not the product advertised both in terms of dimensions and material/ quality.
