Delivery was reschedule 3 times, email never answered and Chat was the most painful experience… getting a real agent speaking was insanely tuff.

The sheets feel as rough as burlap. Very uncomfortable.

Damaged product, no response after filling out form.

Better updates about delayed shipment. I am still waiting for the item.

Cancelled my order the day after submitting it. It's been more than 2 weeks and my refund still hasn't been processed

The slats for our son's bed frame were 38" long - the space for the slats on the twin is 37" across. We have now had his bed frame blocking our hallway for over a week waiting for the slats to arrive. I requested confirmation that the new slats that have been sent are 37" and did not receive a response so we are now just hoping we don't have to do this again with the new shipment because if one set of slats was not cut properly in production I'm certain ours wasn't the only one.

Complete the delivery!! Or be very clear on every page that you won't!!Left a heavy mattress outside in front of the building and refused to deliver it to my apartment, two floors up. For how much it costs, I expected a complete delivery, like every other company I've purchased furniture from - they carried the furniture up to my apartment and even into the room I wanted for heavy ones. If not, inform me on every page before purchase...not just fine print found on one page on your site that you have to look for...seems like a scam. Will not be purchasing anything else from silk & snow ever and will warn others against doing so. Unfortunately, the mattress quality is not worth the hustle I went through
