Ordered a bed and headboard. Did not receive shipping info, contacted customer service. Headboard was out of stock so bed hadn’t shipped. Requested for bed to be shipped. Mediocre response from customer service and no confirmation email since to confirm if bed has shipped.

Follow the return policy that appears on your website. Alternatively, make each customer aware that you really aren’t able to accept a pillow return so don’t try.
