They cancelled part of my order without telling me. They refunded me incorrectly. They gave me little options but to return my items. I dealt with multiple customer service agents and they all seemed incompetent.

The unit was in stock at time of ordering, then it wasn’t. No one reached out to tell me and then it still hasn’t come.

Very poor quality furniture. The bed doesn’t sit properly as the legs are different sizes and not great securement. Customer service involve long wait times and very hard to deal with

Well you sent me this request and I have not received my purchase yet. It’s usually fabulous but I wouldn’t mind my bed frame and nightstands before I rate the service.

Communication about delivery was very disappointing. You can see I was told shipping end of last week but no tracking sent. Did my sofa ship?

Dresser was very expensive and arrived broken. The situation has not been resolved.It also would have been nice to be able to schedule delivery.

Your staff blamed the way I was my sheets (hot water) for a year that happened six months after purchase. Nonsense. It was a manufacturing defect. I’ve never in my life had a sheet spontaneously tear…..I’m 65 years old. Take responsibility without blaming your customers or lose business
