Ordering and delivery were fine. I unknowingly had a hang nail and was smoothing the blanket and put a run in the fabric when it caught on the hangnail. Not very durable if it already has snags from a hangnail!!!

I received the headboard with a tear, and it took 2 weeks to get a replacement but more than anything it took me repeatedly calling to get my replacement expedited and actually sent.

The sheets are incredibly expensive for the product. I got much softer sheets from sleep country for a fraction of the price.

The middle part of bed frame is loose, especially the legs supporting it and the backboard is not as stable as I thought.
