I still haven’t received my order. The package was sent 2 weeks ago and still not received by the carrier.

Hi! The sheets I bought feel rough, not creamy like the review said. I was giving them time. I have washed them and slept in them for 2 weeks. Still feeling a bit scratchy, not buttery creamy I was going for.

Delayed products, delayed communications, 2 of 3 items damaged. Multiple steps to remedy. Not sure I would recommend.

I ordered 2 nightstands I received them with multiple defects

The mattress did not ship. Canceled the order.

I purchased a CA King duvet. The material is fantastic however it is very small on bed. It does not cover past the mattress on sides.

While the bed arrived quickly, the shipping company who delivered it left the package on our sidewalk rather than at our front door. They carried 1 of the 4 packages up and left the other three sitting on our sidewalk for people to have to step over or to make it very easy for people to steal. I had to leave work to go home and fix the issue. I was very disappointed.The bed was easy to put together. However, it feels kind of cheap. You bump it with your leg and the whole bed physically moves on the floor. The mattress doesn’t sit nicely in the bed frame so it moves around. The bottom of the bed would be nice if it came up an inch or so, so the mattress wouldn’t move.
