My mattress wasn’t shipped with the rest of the things I ordered. When I called asking where the rest of my order was, I was told that the warehouse had forgotten to ship it. It ended up arriving 2 weeks later than the rest of my order.

The bundle of bedding included with the mattress - supposedly as a special - is of terrible quality. It really feels like it’s a marketing tactic to avoid charging a lesser price in the mattresses. I might return the mattress as a result.

Long shipping time despite items saying in stock, far surpassing the expected delivery time. Half the bedframe never shipped until we emailed and called multiple times. the part we did get had missing pieces and broken parts.
