After being at the 3003 Granville St store in Vancouver, I received an invoice. As I did not want to purchase the mattress on line with my credit card I tried emailing the sales associate. However after several attempts I was not successful. I then tried to contact the store by phone. Again, no success there. After a few days and being very frustrated, I tried going on line to the website for Silk and Snow and was able to access the Chat Line and Marc was very helpful and got the sales associate to call me and I was able to complete the transaction for the mattress.

Sales staff were not the most attentive. Information about the mattresses were robotic. Display of the free bedding bundle was crumpled in a box in the corner- with a bit of upselling to a higher bundle. We were provided with a 5% in house discount which was appreciated.

J adore les meuble et le matelas.Mais la livraison, très ordinaire Un camion Midland avec un livreur et un petit lift débarque les meuble pour laisser dehors devant la porte, une chance moi il faisait beau cette journée

Ordered 3 items, got 2. Both came damaged. One nightstand was cracked on the side and dresser was repaired with wood filler on top as the corner was damaged. It looked like they had sold us something that was returned and repaired, but they said "the factory must have filled in the corner as it's packaged there."Customer service was polite, but took 2 follow up calls to finally get the third piece re-ordered as it couldn't be located. We'll see if it's intact. We are now applying for a discount since return process is cumbersome.Very disappointed considering we ordered two bed frames previously with zero issues so I felt ordering more would be the same. I guess they should stick to beds and bedding.

For a bed in a box product your shipping time from the time the order is place to the time the order is shipped takes way way way to long. Speed it up guys.

We ordered a king size bed, frame, and the premium sleep bundle. At the time, we’re told the mattress is available from Calgary and will ship separately; which we accepted (knowing Calgary is close and transit time is typically short).The frame was delivered on time but we did not receive any updates for the mattress and sleep bundle. After following up with your support, we were told the sleep bundle was actually back ordered and the mattress is shipping from Ontario instead.We can’t be for certain but as far we can tell, this looks like the classic bait and switch sales tactic. We’ve decided to cancel our mattress order but we might keep the sleep bundle depending on when it arrives.

Service was great but the bottom fitted sheet is too small. I didn’t return it because I had washed it before trying it… yes I followed the washing and drying instructions.

Incorrect delivery timelines mentioned on site. Have been waiting over 2 weeks for delivery. Delivery company keeps saying “tomorrow”. Terrible experience.

The duvet was the perfect weight, but unfortunately it crinkled like someone was opening a back of chips everytime it moved. It was an over sensory nightmare. However, customer service was very easy and helpful for the return.
