Inconsistent and wildly varying shipping times. A duvet cover ordered 10 business days ago has not shipped.

Shipping and website are great...but not sure on the quality...i washed my comforter and it dried "crispy" had to reshape the whole thing...not happy about that.

In my recent order, I purchased a quilt and a bedsheet set. The bedsheets had weird rust colored marks on them. I’ve purchased the sheets before and haven’t had this happen to me. Thankfully you can’t see the marks with the quilt on top.

Showroom and assistance was great. Disappointed with quality of item received. Several imperfections on the finish, screws starting to protrude from drawer face. Not what you’d expect when spending that much on a piece of furniture.

I ordered many things at once. However, my bedframe, which is one item, was packed into three boxes. This is normal, and expected. What wasn't normal, was that they were delivered many days apart, leaving me with an unusable bed for days. The frame came in two parts, and the mattress and headboard in another. When I messaged to complain, I was told it was in line with what is said on your website, but I don't think it was acceptable to receive my bed slats days after the rest of the frame. It was clearly a shipping issues and needs to be dealt with.

Delay on my order.I would have like the dune color, but it Saïd that the item was discontinued, but them came back in stock.

The sheets have not yet arrived.

L'information sur la livraison indiquait mercredi 13h30, puis "fin de journée " puis jeudi 13h30, puis "fin de journée ", puis vendredi 13h30. Le matelas est arrivé autour de 14h.

Le produit est bien, je suis par contre déçu par le fait que le drap contour est trop petit. Il ne reste pas en place. Surtout que ce ne sont pas des draps à 50$.

After being at the 3003 Granville St store in Vancouver, I received an invoice. As I did not want to purchase the mattress on line with my credit card I tried emailing the sales associate. However after several attempts I was not successful. I then tried to contact the store by phone. Again, no success there. After a few days and being very frustrated, I tried going on line to the website for Silk and Snow and was able to access the Chat Line and Marc was very helpful and got the sales associate to call me and I was able to complete the transaction for the mattress.
