Shopping was easy. Delivery was very fast. The colors are not as nice on the sheets as they look online (Espresso is almost pink since, too light). The full kit doesn't include a cover for the duvet. Pillows are comfy, mattress is too.

Box came in with human hair inside. Delivery dropped the extremely heavy box in a snow bank at the ground level and I had to move it to the second floor on my own.

My bed pull out drawer had a hole in it and it was shipped to the apartment beside me.

Did not have duvet in stock. I was told it is one of the most popular duvets you sell however there were none in stock and the new inventory arriving this week also did not include the duvet. Poor inventory control.

Purchased a full bedding set but duvet cover was not available at the store. Clerk confirmed it was in stock at central facility and ordered it for us. We heard nothing for ten days then called store on phone number on web site. Over several days attempted to call but after greeting the call went directly to voicemail. Finally went to store and found that number was incorrect. Clerk said would check and get back by end of day. He did not. Called store and was told item was out of stock at central facility. Changed to different duvet cover. Later remembered shams are original colors so have to go back to store again

I ordered a new comforter. It filled my entire room with the fill from it leaking.You replaced it and I have the exact same problem again. Every time the comforter is fluffed or moved the fill is shot into the air.

Service provided in store was terrible. After finding towels to purchase (never greeted or approached for assistance), we had to ask someone to ring up our order. Person didn’t even bother to fold towels we purchased, just shoved them in a bag and went back to his paperwork. I regret not having returned items on the spot. Left feeling very dissatisfied as I probably could have found same quality items cheaper on line. Would not return.

Le problème est qu'il n'y a pas d'update réel entre l'achat et la livraison. On ne sait pas où voir le processus de traitement. Et ça tassure quand on peut voir le processus quand on vient de payer 1000$ sur un site web où il est difficile de parler à un être himain, pas une machine
