Eco soy pillows still haven’t shipped in one month. Wooden bed frame, one leg post was not perfectly cut and had to be manually shaved down to fit.

Never received the mattress and it never shipped, although it said “in stock and ready to ship”. It’s been over three weeks now and it hasn’t been processed. I had visiting guests planned for the beginning of June and I had to cancel because the mattress won’t be showing up this week. I called customer service, who were nice, they said it was back ordered and now “it will be shipping from Calgary in the coming days.” Still waiting. I would definitely recommend communicating detailed information with clients regarding processing or updated inventory and where it will be shipping from so we can adjust our schedules accordingly.

Je pense que vous devriez avoir un meilleur contrôle des livraisons. J’ai attendu en tenant compte des politiques d’expédition, et malgré cela, personne ne m’a contactée. Je n’ai pas non plus reçu de réponse via le service à la clientèle par chat. En plus, la seule réponse que j’ai eue était essentiellement : « je ne peux rien faire de plus pour vous ».

While I understand that delays can occasionally happen, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and clarity around the delivery timeline.The item took more than 4 days just to be labeled, and the final delivery happened much later than expected. I also had to follow up twice with your team and multiple times with the delivery providers to get updates on the status and expected delivery date.

I was unable to purchase the mattress in store, it had to be ordered. I bought it through the employeee there but I shouldn’t have to wait another week before it ships to me.

The items themselves I have been pleased with so far, but the delivery process was very stressful for me. My one order was split between three different courier and six separate deliveries. My first package was stolen because it didn’t arrive within the window it was projected to arrive. I wasn’t able to change any of the settings for any of the deliveries, such as requiring a signature or requesting it to be held somewhere to be picked up at a time that worked for me. I’m in the process of moving and I’m doing a lot of it on my own, so having to tailor the tasked required of that around when items could possibly be arriving was extremely stressful and frustrating.

The wrong mattress size was delivered. We ordered a queen, and a king arrived.There was no follow-up from silk and snow, except to tell us to call sleep country because it was their problem.We had to call 5 times and also reach out via email before any action was taken.Surprising lack of urgency, and willingness to help resolve the issue. My main issue is not that a mistake was made, but it seemed no one knew what to do, and was unwilling to try, until we called repeatedly and escalated.
