I order a sheet set in percale which I understood to be soft . On receipt I laundered the items on a cold water cycle and low dry heat temperature. The sheets have a rough feel to them which led me to change my sheets to a regular cotton pair to be comfortable

You could’ve simply made sure I had all my pieces in the boxes so I wouldn’t have to go back and forth with customer service to get them replaced.

I came in to buy a pillow in person. I decided on a king size pillow to which the sales lady said they had none in store. All good! I said I would then take a queen size instead. She said okay and processed my payment including setting up what I thought was a profile with my info and address. No mention that the queen pillow was also not in stock. Once my payment was processed she told me it would take 2-3 business days to ship… not what I had thought. But okay that’s fine, we will be in town for a couple of weeks so I told her in that case I’ll need to change my address to the hotel as there is no one at my home address and we will not be there for months due to travel. The lady said that would be fine and changed the shipping address to my hotel.I have now received a shipping notification that the pillow is being sent to my home address that is 8 hours away and will not have anyone there to pick it up. I went in expecting to walk out with a pillow and now I have a very expensive pillow that I won’t receive and an annoying issue to resolve.Although the staff were very nice at the time I feel there was a lack of awareness. At the counter when making my purchase (that ended up as miscommunication and confusion) they were discussing their nails and weekends.

The fact that you do not offer “white glove” delivery is a huge problem. The boxes of the beds were just left outside the front door. We had to bring them into the house and get them upstairs and then get rid of all the packaging. I cannot recommend Silk and Snow to others for that reason.

The two women who were working there were lovely. But I was looking at things in the back of the store and it wasn’t their area.So the other person was helping me but was rushing around. Brought me what I needed. And I wanted to check the sizing. He said to open it myself. And to spread it over a bed. That he was too busy. I waited for him to come back and said I’d prefer if he could open it and show me and again he said to do it myself.I did. Then I actually purchased a lot of things. And it was pouring rain. So I needed bags. I asked if he could refold the item which I opened up. And he literally squished it back into the plastic and said something along the lines that I’ll be opening it up soon anyway. When I buy something new, I want it to feel new.

After being used twice had to be thrown out...wouldn't dry and terrible quality
