i asked for 3 blue silk pillow cases. she came back with 2 blue and one pink but i only noticed when i got home because I trusted her and didn't check in the storethe other staff was better - we were asking about the couch and she came to help. but the two staff were talking together a lot it took us awhile to get their attention.

Terrible. I’ve received no update on my order despite receiving a ‘Shipped’ notification over a week ago. No tracking information available. Customer representative with no answer. I’ve been charged for my bed and yet no timeframe on when it’s arriving despite now being outside the expected arrival window.

Hi. It was missing a part which has become my life’s work to track down. The instructions are poor and the bedding is absolutely not what should come in the bundle

One item arrived dammaged, warranty support offer me a 10% discount and void the warranty.

Shipping glitches definitely need to be worked out. Customer service was great but overall experience can’t be high because of shipping issues. So far the bed seems nice but it hasn’t been very long for a quality review.

The delivery experience was very bad. It took almost 2 months to finally receive all items order that were in stock at the time of purchase.Customer service people very polite during the long process.
