It took nearly 3 weeks to get the pillows from airport to my apartment. CANPAR WAS PATHETIC.FedEx was great.

Apparently my products were on back order but no one told me… now I’m waiting 2 months for them to finally arrive. Completely missed valentines day

The mattress didn’t arrive in the designated time and we were in the middle of a move. This was supposed to be our new bed so we have been on an air mattress since waiting for this delivery. It had to be rerouted to our new address and it still hasn’t arrived yet. We were provided multiple dates and assurance it would arrive on those dates and it kept getting delayed. I still don’t have an eta and it’s extremely upsetting.

Bed frame arrived with parts missing. Still waiting to hear back from warranty department. Unable to use this purchase until this is resolved

Delivery tracking was a issue

The service, experience of buying ans returning is excellent. The mattress is saddly average

sales representative did not seem genuine. She firstly lied to me about not being able to swap the pillow offer for the other pillow type. I pressed then she said “okay i can do it just for you”. Poor sales tactics used.

Terrible actuallyI received my mattress with a huge hole that was unthreaded and the bed frame didn’t match the bed!! Seriously??!?

Firstly, the slats included with the best were delivered cracked in one area, I decided to overlook it. Then I found out the platform headboard does not attach…where on the website, nor in the photos listed show that they are two separate pieces that do not attach. And the headboard is curved as well? Definitely not pictures, nor described as such. Quite disappointing.

The material just wasn’t what I was expecting for the price I paid. I don’t know what the return policy is but I would like to return them.They are nice don’t get me wrong just not what I was expecting.
