Staff didnt know the deals, only one girl working at the front doing everything while the other two girls howling laughing in the back while were waiting for service and this one poor girl is greeting while answering the phone

Consistent communication would have made the experience better on my end. There were several mishaps for my order and not once has someone reached out to resolve it. I get that things happen but no one was willing to reach out and let me know what was going on. I waited weeks for my order to come after not being told it was on back order, then I received the wrong item and had to ship it back and then wait another three weeks for the original item i purchased.

Cela fait moins de 30 jours que j’ai mon nouveau matelas, actuellement je me lève le matin avec des douleurs au bas du dos et à la colonne vertébrale. Peut-être est-ce acheté le mauvais soutien de matelas…

My experience in store was excellent. I am also pleased with the overall quality of the bed I received. I was extremely disappointed with the delivery process. The bed arrived in two different parts, one week apart. I had to follow up three different times in order to get the second part delivered. I hired someone to assemble the bed on the first arrival date and then had to still pay them, even though the bed could not be put together. I also had to take time off of work twice in order to be home to receive the deliveries. In the meantime, I slept on a mattress on the floor as I did not have my bed.

In your advertising, it stated mattress not crushed into small box for shipping. Then I am expecting some LTL trucking out fit to bring mattress into house. Instead FedEx only it brought it to door. Had to hire men to bring boxes into house and up stairs. Will not buy again from you.

When working with a customer and ready to pay getting side tracked by another customer and then leaving me standing there ready to pay isn't good service.

i asked for 3 blue silk pillow cases. she came back with 2 blue and one pink but i only noticed when i got home because I trusted her and didn't check in the storethe other staff was better - we were asking about the couch and she came to help. but the two staff were talking together a lot it took us awhile to get their attention.
