I waited two weeks for delivery of my mattress. I contacted both the shipper and Silk and Snow three times to resolve the problem. The story evolved from the shipper receiving the mattress only but refusing to ship it until they also received the classic sleep bundle, to the mattress being lost at both the shipper's and Silk and Snow's warehouses. There was no attempt by Silk and Snow to resolve the order apart from me being proactive and following up. On my third call to Silk and Snow, the customer service agent (Bianca) said I would have to wait for another mattress to be shipped therefore, I simply cancelled the order. If your customer service staff was more proactive in resolving the situation I woulbe been more than happy to purchase the mattress.
