The new fan that was installed into the HVAC is loud and noisy, it used to be silent. It makes sound all day whether it’s turned on or off it can be heard even with the door closed in the living room. Once it turns on to cool it makes even more sound that’s not very appealing.

Took four days for high priority request.

Be sure security guards watch out. Front doors and dog park area and also Dont let homeless people live tents at the street at silva apartment building. for our safety

A better system for the mail room so packages are no longer stolen. There needs to be more dog trash bins on the west side of the property, so dog owners are less likely to leave waste everywhere. Lastly, the inability to access the property via all the one way gates makes it nearly impossible to enjoy some of the outdoor areas of the property which we pay to use. It’s very disappointing and frustrating. If these gates were made usable via key or fob that would be a fantastic improvement. Lastly, the guest parking system is ridiculous and non functional. Too many people are abusing the system to make it possible to have guests reliably park.

Maintenance team is always great, this time I believe his name was Polo? (It was not the manager, Reuben, who helped us this time). He gave us some tips and very helpful about questions we had about our apartment.
