We have had issues with stolen packages. I am not sure if any packages are stolen by other residents but there should be consequences if so. I think it would also help to have locked access from inside the building to the mailroom. Currently, anyone can walk into the mailroom if they get into the garage.

The new fan that was installed into the HVAC is loud and noisy, it used to be silent. It makes sound all day whether it’s turned on or off it can be heard even with the door closed in the living room. Once it turns on to cool it makes even more sound that’s not very appealing.

Took four days for high priority request.

Be sure security guards watch out. Front doors and dog park area and also Dont let homeless people live tents at the street at silva apartment building. for our safety
