Maintenance team is always great, this time I believe his name was Polo? (It was not the manager, Reuben, who helped us this time). He gave us some tips and very helpful about questions we had about our apartment.

The team did a nice job unlocking the window lock. We were not given the key to our window locks when we moved in. May we have the key? The locks engage easily so it’s probably better that we have the ability to unlock it them instead of requesting maintenance…especially when such a big rain storm was en route. Thank you!

I wish he took off his shoes but he didn’t. I guess that’s common manner even he was kind. But other things were fine !

Adding more gym equipment - stabilization boxes, free weight bar, less “fixed” machines and more CrossFit style EQ would be awesome. The smith machine has its limits.With the amount of undisclosed upgrades on the property and the time they required, I think all tenants would have appreciated cash rebates vs the community events (although very thoughtful!).Would also be amazing if you could extend pool and sky lounge hours on the weekend - 10pm is a bit early.Seasonal exterior window cleaning would be appreciated - it’s impossible to reach with how they open.Cleaning crew could use more natural products and do a more thorough job cleaning inside the trash chutes.Seasonal pressure washing of street level sidewalks - lots of neighborhood dog waste.

The handyman who came was named Polo. He was very responsible in his work, had good craft, and got all four work orders done very fast. Great attitude and polite. Very nicely done!
