Increase in benefits for staff.Months ago I was walking into second floor of admin. I walked in hearing Sabrina (UM) and Randi (risk) talking negatively about a staff member. It was unprofessional and rude. Since then, I don’t feel comfortable speaking with admin staff as it just makes me feel like I will be talked about and laughed at behind my back.

I prefer if Iam doing something wrong please come to me and not peer about me. I can take correction I do better when I know betterWE all do our best
