see aboveNeed a cut-off time for admissions for the end of the shift. At times the units are acute and nursing staff gets harrassed about picking up patients. Realize that staff still have 20+ patients to take care of. It is not all about rushing to get things completed or remove a patient from intake.Do better with meals because the food has been causing patients to be ill. It has been proving to be uncooked numerous of times.

believe the facility could benefit from streamlined documentation templates, expanded bilingual resources for families, and a more structured onboarding process for interns and new staff. These changes would strengthen compliance, improve patient engagement, and support both staff and families in accessing care effectively

1. More room for the outpatient department/ allow the department to use the yoga therapist (still don't understand why that was an issue with the IP dept. Seems a bit inappropriate for the director to not collaborate our team. Especially since they came from Outpatient.2. Listen to the therapists and staff when a patient is not appropriate for our services. Especially patients who are high risk. Or send people from different states who are suicidal to our program. It should not be just on outpatient to screen appropriate patients. The aftercare IP sets up is not appropriate and they have DC planner to my understanding.3. Gift cards that are coming out of my paycheck with interest isn't a gift... Happened last year for Christmas.I would like to believe our new CEO will be a lot better than our prior. I am a bit concerned that due to him not coming from a mental health background, it would be an issue. I hope the priority will be our patients and our staff's Well-being. Interns should be able to use the cafeteria. Staff shouldn't have to worry about paying for a meal or taking a snack. We sacrifice a lot for this job, including our breaks, to prioritize the patients. I hope funneling in more money is not the priority at the hospital. If it is, then you may lose a lot of hardworking people.
