The building has seriously declined in upkeep and cleanliness. The flooding in the back hall has cause the baseboards to buckle and paint to peal . Some of the residents are starting to deface the common areas with graffiti and leaving trash in them as well.

Unfortunately my package was stolen inside the property, and the management did not help. When i asked to see the footage, they said there is a technical issue. This is not the first time i have packages stolen from inside the property. It’s very frustrating

We enjoy the location. People leave their pet waste bags outside of the door to enter the building. Our neighbors also seem to smoke a lot of marijuana, to which the smell then seeps into our bedroom. Also, there is really no secure place for packages. I’ve had my Amazon packages stolen from the mailroom.

The hallway downstairs keeps flooding everytime it rains.

Took two months for my dishwasher to be replaced after being told, "your sink still works." Extremely unprofessional, didn't communicate until I pestered them. Would not recommend.

I’d like to relay how much of a pleasure it was working with Amanda L. and her team. She was very knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire process, and assisted with getting me into an apartment in record time. Every question that I had was addressed right away throughout the application and move in checklist process. This made the entire experience overall much less stressful and I couldn’t be happier. Landscaping and maintenance, quality of amenities biggest disappointments

I’ve smelled marijuana a couple of times in the building. My understanding, as per lease, is it’s not allowed (it gives me a headache/nausea). A blanket reminder to tenants would be appreciated.—a special shoutout to cleaning staff who are always friendly, respectful and thorough.ThankYou!

No clear instructions given for move in experience. Everything was explained in person way too quickly instead of taking time for someone who is new and overwhelmed from driving all the way from Toronto.
